Shudder just stopped working.

I unplugged Roku for a while and that didn't help.I can't sign into Shudder because I bought through Roku.I sent Roku and Shudder an email but that will probably take days to get a response.I am paid up until 7/5/20 - Shudder tells you to remove the channel and add again but that option is NOT available with a channel purchased through Roku? 

I just want to watch my TV..I've wasted hours online and checked all support pages etc..this is my only option...seriously considering bailing on Roku and Shudder altogether..this is ridiculous and makes me never want to pay for another channel again (and I probably won't).So far customer service has been nonexistent..

Can you please clarify the issue you are experiencing?

Are you watching Shudder through The Roku Channel, or is it a channel on your homescreen?
