Show not streaming properly

I have been watching Being Human UK and its not playing correctly. It will replay the scene twice, it will jump back and forth between scenes, scenes are not in correct order and some scenes are cut(ex. In one of the episodes it showed people outside in the street arguing then it jumped to a kid in the hospital cause he got hit in the street). I don't know who to contact to address the issue, feedback appreciated.
