Service unavailable

Every time I go to Disney plus I get a service unavailable  

Disney plus is unavailable in your region. Then tell me to go to the help.disneyplus.com.....

How do I fix this?

Seriously, where are you physically located and is Disney+ available there and, more importantly, is it available via a Roku device?  They aren't the same thing.

If you're in the US, try removing the channel, reboot/restart your Roku, add the channel back.
