Senior citizen assistance PLEASE for HULU

My mom is using a Roku and trying to set up the Hulu app.  She put in her email address but cannot figure out how to hit enter and go to password line.  I do not have a Roku and have exhausted all ideas.  Can someone tell me how to get to the next line.

 

I really appreciate your help!

When authenticating her Hulu account, after she inputs her email address, has tried the down button to allow her to input her password?

For more information about that channel's authentication, you'll want to contact Hulu support directly to inquire further. Many channels on Roku are developed and maintained by the channel provider themselves.

Under the on-screen keyboard is big box with DONE on it, you press that to enter email and go to the password line, once you enter the password you press the "Log In" box to finish signing in.
