We installed the Roku Channel app on a 2019 Samsung TV & we are using the remote that comes with the TV. We have searched for movies/tv shows using the search option on the top of the home screen with no issues for the last 3 months. Recently, the search option is no longer available on the home screen. How do we get it back?
I’m trying to do a search on my ROKU ULTRA, restarted my device several times, and I’m not able to see a search function. I’m trying to download channels to my device, but can’t find them and can’t search for them. What is the fix?
What makes things worse, the icons for the channels/apps I’m looking for are on the box, and provided as examples in the set-up paperwork that came in the box... even more frustrating, the channels are available on older ROKU devices I’ve owned in the past.
