Search is falling

My tv does not get any update and it does not allow me to do anything I do not have access to the search space it does not work and it is not worth it, recently Disney came out and no matter how much I search it does not appear and this has disappointed me because no matter how much I search for videos to fix the I can't find a problem, I can't update, it should be noted that if you already went to systems and look for an update, but I get that everything is not updated
