When on different apps I go to put something in search bar and hit enter, it doesn’t work. It just bounces back to the main page! Would a factory reset work or is there any suggestions I can follow? Thanks
Can you please specify the issue you are experiencing? What channels are you trying to use that you are seeing this issue occur? In addition, how are you powering your Roku device? Is the device plugged into your TV USB port or is it plugged into a wall outlet?
