Hello, I have read the forum guidelines and understand the rules of reporting an issue. I am a new Roku owner and just started to have an issue in the last week or so. I don't know where to start troubleshooting and don't know what the best search terms are for my issue which is: I have a Roku Ultra wired to my router that stops, not buffer, when it's on Sling TV on a specific channel.
Can anyone suggest specific search terms or point me to a troubleshooting post? I am not trying to report this because I don't know where the problem is at this point.
