Saved recordings

Every time I clicked on saved recording it always tells me sorry Something went wrong please try again later but it's been like this for 3 or 4 weeks I cannot watch my saved programs

Can you please give us more information regarding the issue that you are experiencing?

What channel are you trying to watch content on? What specific content are you trying to watch?

Your Roku itself has no provisions for saving programs. Some individual channels DO have such provisions. You need to be talking to whichever channel your saved programs were saved on.
