SUBSCRIPTIONS FOR VENEZUELA

If I purchase a Roku and download all the apps for my subscription channels, such as Disney+, HBO max, Apple TV, Amazon prime, Netflix, etc here in the United States. Can my mother  who lives in Venezuela use my subscription channels? 

I would be sending it with her

Odds are some (most?  all?) of the programming would not work.  The channels themselves, and the individual programs on them, may have geographical restrictions attached that would prevent viewing them via an account not based in Venezuela..
