SKY HD TV: Gomorrah Season 3 and 4

Had a two-part question:

1) Since Netflix only has season 1 and 2 of Gomorrah, does Roku offer a subscription to I believe SKY TV; which in conjunction with RAI and Fandango, distribute/own the rights? 

2) If they do, does anyone know if seasons 3 and 4 are on SKY-TV on-demand and also offer it with English subtitles?
