I'd recommend reaching out to Shop LC channel support directly to report the issue and request additional support. Many channels on the Roku platform are developed and maintained by the channel provider directly, and they'll be able to best assist. If other channels are working correctly, and you only experience this issue on this channel (app), that is likely an indication that the issue lies within that particular channel. In these cases, the channel provider will need to investigate the issue in order to help resolve it.
Well I've done every reset and reboot method and the channel has only stopped working on my roku ultra. It works on all the rest of my roku express devices. So I'm not sure if that would be the channel or the device. I contacted them also, but after I saw that the 2 apps worked on my other roku devices I was seriously perplexed.
