Roku user group. space space space to 25

That seems to be what support has dwindled down to. Just a user group. How many actual employees look over this forum now?  They locked a lot of developers out with videobuzz etc over the same bs. Support has dwindled to less than a bumper sticker. Where is our hotline. where is our support>

 

A roku one can load youtube but a current express can't? wtf. 

sloppy code. Half hearted efforts. 

Not to mention that some private channels bottleneck on the express and just close up shop.

I shouldn't have to use a roku one to fix problems with current gen hardware.

 

Not that so called support gives a **** anyway.

There are 3/4 employees that monitor this forum.

There is still Roku CS, however it is limited to higher end player models and Roku TVs.

You Express doesnt qualify for "Agent Assisted" support (phone/chat/email).  You'll have to "lie" to the support wizard to get access:

chat/email/phone: https://support.roku.com/contactus

(choose setup/ultra/other/need more help?)

And yes, recent versions of RokuOS have significant issues, especially in regards to memory management (not to mention the ever-increasing code bloat, especially pushing new hidden middleware modules).

It is a bit absurd that the apps on a Roku 1 are more useable than on an Express, yet here you/we are.
