Roku to local channels different from my TV Provider (DirecTV) on ABC, NBC, FOX, and CBS All Access

I have 6 Roku devices connecting to all channels via DirectTV.  The local channels in my DirecTV subscription are NYC based for ABC, CBS, FOX, and NBC.  Two days ago I noticed the local channels on ROKU are now CT/Boston based versus NYC.  This has not changed on my DirecTV.  How do I fix on my Rokus?

Where does the IP number assigned to you by your internet provider indicate you are located?  You can find out via a website like https://www.whatismyip.com/.

I have a related problem. My IP shows Harrisburg PA.  But when I try to activate CBS (by using CBS All Access on ROKU) Verizon rejects the request. They say I need a different package - but the local CBS station (WHP21) is already part of my Verizon lineup. What am I doing wrong?
