Roku t.v keep losing audio

Why the **bleep** my roku t.v keep loosing Audio. I need to uplugged it everytime just to fix it.

Maybe some additional information will help.

When does it lose audio? After a few seconds? After a week?

Does it happen on all apps? What apps do you use when this happens? (Don't say all; rather, list at least three.)

Do you have a sound bar or other sound system installed?

What brand and what model number Roku TV? Settings > System > About
