Roku says I have 1 channel

Roku says I have 1 channel. I have rebooted Roku multiple times and also reset my router. I do not know what else to do. Any suggestions?

It is working now. Senior moment. I had to sign in to my router but it was a message on my phone and I only just now saw it!!! Thank you both for your help!!!

What's your Roku model number? What Roku Software version are you running?
Settings > System > About

Where are you (country)?

What is the one app?

1 channel? Over the air channel? Is this a Roku TV? Or by channels do you a Roku device?
