Help & troubleshooting for channels on your Roku device, including adding/removing channels, logging in to, authenticating, or activating a channel, channel-specific playback issues, assistance contacting channel publishers to report issues, and adjusting channel-specific settings.
If you followed the entire page of instructions and it’s Roku blocking, then I would say that their app is still not legit as was previously mentioned in another reply above. However, if the app provider is still claiming it should work, but it doesn’t, then. your beef would be with them and not Roku. Have you tried reaching out to their support staff on that site? Based on that site link, it would seem either their claims are not current/accurate, or something is missing from the equation.
That web site is outdated, even though it's only a few days old. They reference "side loading" their channel. With the changes to non-certified channels, side loading channels no longer works. Other than a very limited beta distribution, side loading channels can no longer be done.
If a channel is not in the official Roku channel store, it can not be installed on a Roku device.

Of course, you do realize that Roku removed all Non-certified apps, not just certain ones. And of the thousands of non-certified apps, only a few were of an adult nature.
Roku requirements for certification involve the app meeting certain coding standards, to include allowing subscriptions via Roku Pay. There are other considerations regarding user operability and legality (no piracy) and such. Roku notified everyone 120 days prior to removal of the change in the app that are not certified.
What Roku actually did was put limits on the non-certified apps regarding how long they can exist (120 days). A developer can no longer avoid Roku's requirements by just putting out a non-certified app and leaving it there. This is to encourage them to finish coding it to standards and get it certified. Roku left the apps in place for 120 days. On day 121, they went away. That's what actually happened.
And, before anyone goes down that next road, Roku's Channel Publishing Guide includes an age rating, with one of the values being Adult.

I just want to know, where can I go on the Roku website to leave feedback, about the decision to get rid of unregistered channels,I bought their product less than a year ago,my main influence on purchasing it was because of the unregistered channels. I also had some subscriptions for some of those channels. I paid for the device, I own it and they're telling me I can't watch what I want. Unacceptable!!!!!
Yes censorship at its best. What is Roku now run by Putin and the religious right? This is the USA not Russia the USSR Or Soviet Union!!! Religious BS gets to stay, and other usless garbage but the Adult Video sector is being bombed like the Ukraine by The Republic of ROKU!!!
