Roku pin

I changed my settings in my Roku account not to have a Roku pin and it still comes up with a pin I don't know what the pin is I didn't set it up I haven't had a channels and forever and I want to add Philo any suggestions

You can deactivate your account here: https://my.roku.com/account  down on the right

and make a new account. Its not too involved really.

You also can subscribe to channels by dealing directly with them so you dont necessarily need your Pin.

Your Roku is registered to the account shown here: Settings > System> About 

Is that the account you are logging into via https://my.roku.com to set/change/remove your pin?
