Roku keeps telling me my email is invalid.

This Roku TV keeps telling me that my email address are invalid. I have tried SEVERAL emails and they are ALL "invalid"  I have reset to factory settings several times and even unplugged the TV for over a week.  How can I fix this or bypass this?

We do apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you. 

For clarification, are you trying to link or activate your Roku TV to your email address and you're getting the error "Email is invalid."? If so, please reply here with the serial number/device ID of your Roku TV. It consists of 12 alphanumeric characters and can be located at the back of the device itself.
