Roku glitch

My channels are glitching I can’t access any channels at all

With no more to go on than you've provided, my best suggestion is to restart your Roku. 

If you have sufficient control via your remote, from the home screen click Settings > System > System > System restart.  If not, just unplug it for a few seconds and plug it back in.

If that doesn't fix it, please describe what you mean by glitching.
