Roku frozen on Sling “free zone”.

When I activate Roku it goes directly to the Sling ”free zone” and freezes.  Then the Sling screensaver appears and won’t go away.. I’ve pulled the plug but no change. It happens only on the main tv, the two bedroom tv Roku works fine. Btw I do not nor did I ever have the sling app.

Take the batteries out of the remote, pull the power plug on the TV for a few seconds and plug it back in.  Once it restarts, does it still happen?  Put the batteries in the remote.  Does it happen now?
