Can you please send me a PM with your Roku account email address and the serial number of your Roku from Settings>System>About and more details about the channel/content you are watching when the issue occurs. I'll follow up directly to assist you more from there.
Try removing the channel from the Roku home screen by navigating to the channel tile, pressing the * key on your remote and choosing 'Remove channel'. Then restart your device from Settings>System>System restart. Once your player starts up again, add the channel back once more.
