Roku: error code 0033 on Aetv

All of a sudden aetv on my roku keeps saying error 0033. I've tried everything to fix it but nothing is working.

@Wardogsgm  Thanks for the note. If you're running into an issue within a channel that isn't occurring in other channels, this may be an issue that the channel provider will need to assist you with in order to help resolve it. 

In general, if you encounter an issue within a channel, we recommend trying the following steps: 

- Restart your Roku device from Settings>System>System restart, as well as your wireless modem/router, then try playing content again. 

- If restarting your device doesn't help clear up the issue, in order, try removing the channel from the Roku home screen, restarting your device once more, then adding the channel back again.

If that still isn't helping get things back on track, and other channels are still working normally, you'll want to reach out to the channel (app) provider directly to report the issue you are encountering within their channel, and request any additional help or support they may be able to offer. Per your instructions, my system settings does not have a "system restart" option. Where else can i go beside settings > system?

@Pinkmentor  Thanks for the note. Those instructions are for Roku player devices. If you are using a Roku TV, you would go to Settings>System>Power>System restart to restart your TV. You can also simply disconnect the power for a moment to restart.
