Roku enters SPECTRUM TV but can't navigate it. SPECTRUM tech says the problem isn't on their end.

    I have ROKU stick ##3500x.  Remote can access Spectrum,but can't move within it.  e.g. can't get to GUIDE.  (Takes about ten tries).  Now can't navigate through guide.
