I have installed my new Roku Premier model 3920RW Software 9.0.0 build 4083-91. I have added eight channels; two of them, the Roku Channel and Docurama, will not launch. The other six work and stream fine. What might be the cause? Thank you, Dan
The first recommendation is to remove the channel(s), reboot the Roku (dot NOT skip this step), and then install the channel again. Most times that resolves the problem. If it doesn't, then come back and give us an update.
