Roku channel in Canada, is it working for anyone? I am getting Retrieving for a split of a sec when click on a movie and then back to an info page. A stream never starts. The same on Roku Ultra and Roku 3. Support is pretty useless, a ticket has been sitting for months.
Thanks for the note. If you are using a Roku account that wasn't originated in the region in which you are using your device, you may encounter this type of behavior within a channel. i.e. If you are using a device linked to a US Roku account, in Canada or another region.
To resolve the issue, you'll want to create a new Roku account in the region in which you are using the device, and link your Roku device to the new account.
