Roku channel buffering

All of my channels play great, except the Roku channel. It buffers every few seconds. My wifi and internet connections are fine. Even Netflix is flawless... just the Roku channel.

When problems are limited to one channel, it may be that the channel installation has gotten corrupted,  just like with a computer.  The recommended process for reinstalling a channel app is:

● Remove the channel.

● Restart the Roku to be sure the Roku's memory has been cleared.

● Reinstall the channel app from the channel store.

I have 5 Roku devices. and they ALL have issues streaming with Roku Channel.  None of my other services are effected. Sounds like it's a real channel issue. It takes me about an hour and a half to watch an episode of Army Wives.  Thanks god it's a free channel..
