When viewing a TV series, subsequent shows in the series will start and play automatically. Our cable provider (Mediacom) charges based on amount of data downloaded and our experience with this feature on other channels tells us we cannot use channels where this occurs. Netflix and Prime both introduced a setting that allowed users to modify the default action so that the next show would not start without user input. I hope that Roku will do the same so that we can enjoy its features. Incidentally, the asterisk is displayed in the top-right corner of the Roku Channel screens making me think that it was intended that options could be selected with that key. Unfortunately, nothing happens when the asterisk button on the remote is pressed. Thanks!
