I have both Roku channels downloaded, however when I try to load any video on either channel, it lets me click play but the screen only refreshes back to the same window - nothing actually plays. Other channels work great (Netflix, Amazon Prime video, etc) - just Roku channel and HBO on Roku are not functioning.

I’m having the exact same problem—I’m logged into the Roku HBO channel, but when I select the episode of the program I want to watch (His Dark Materials), the screen just refreshes instead of starting to play the program.
