Roku app not working?

I've had no issues with using the Roku app as a remote until recently. My device appears on the Select A Device screen but when I try to connect I only get "Roku Premiere Is Not Currently Available". I tried connecting manually by putting in its IP address and still nothing. I've tried using the app on two different Android devices and same results each time.

Reboot your Roku and Router.
