Roku Ultra won't allow Tablo app to pause or properly ff or rew

I've recently updated my main room Roku to a Roku Ultra 4800 (2020).  I have a soundbar and two sticks in the house as well.  The Tablo app on the ultra will not pause play when in the Tablo app.  It does allow Fast Forward and Rewind to work but it keeps playing while FF or REW.  I have factory reset the Roku and also uninstalled/re-installed the Tablo app.  This does not occur on any other Roku devices in the house nor did it happen on the Roku this unit replaced.

Thanks for the post.

Can you please provide us the following information:
-Roku device model
-serial number
-device ID
-software OS/version
(these can all be found in Settings > System > About)
-does this issue occur on a specific channel? if so, what channel and what version/build is the channel (this can be found be selecting the channel on the Home screen and pressing the * button)
-tracker ID when this issue occurs (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times)
-steps to reproduce the issue you are seeing

With more information we will be able to look further into the issue.
