So I just bought a new Samsung Q8 series TV but I am not sure if that is the cause, here is my issue. On my Roku ultra, playback with Netflix is extremely dark, however the menu or even trailers are fine! Every other channel on my Roku is fine. Has anyone else experienced this? I have played with every setting on my tv and I cannot fix it.

Have you tried reaching out to Netflix support directly to inquire further? Many channels on Roku are developed and maintained by the channel provider themselves.
