I have 3 Roku Ultras(4670) and they no longer work with Amazon prime. I get the rest of the normal streaming basket. Disney, HBO Max, Netflix/ETC. These devices are about 6 months old. Every laptop and 3rd party device (aka PlayStation) gets Amazon prime. I have deleted and added channel several times, plus I have reset the Roku Ultra to factory.
No success! Help!

Have you made sure to restart the Roku device after you have removed the channel and before adding the channel back again to ensure a clean channel install?
