I have a Roku television and on roku.com it shows me the Apple TV App is installed, but I cannot find it on my list. Is there a way to delete on roku.com, so I can try to install it again?

Thanks for the post.
First, check the Roku account from the device from Settings>System>About to verify if the device is linked directly to your correct account then perform a system update in Settings>System>System update>>Check now.

Sigh, I think my Roku tv is too old..... Don't know if I want to buy a new tv.
