Hi - We just purchased a Roku 2017 Streaming Stick two months ago for a Toshiba TV - we use Spectrum Internet - Only on Netflix is the audio and video out of sync - like an old movie - we can fast forward and it will correct for about one minute - then gets worse - 3-8 seconds off. This does not happen on any other channel. We have deleted the Netflix app and reinstalled and still have the same issue. We do not have a problem with Netflix on the laptop or any other device. Any suggestions - please. This is about all we watch. It is driving us crazy! Thank you.
