Is there a way to report specific problems with Roku search to Roku?
I did a search for Buffy the Vampire Slayer (the tv series) and was surprised to find out that according to Roku, it's only streaming for $1.99 an episode on about 5 different services. But if you go to Hulu, it's very obviously there, all seasons, included in a Hulu subscription. Why isn't Roku picking this up, and how can this be reported and fixed?
(I did check to make sure that Hulu is a Roku search partner.)
With all the streaming channels these days, it's difficult enough to find and keep track of things. (I wish Roku had a "universal watch list" you could add things to) but it's all that much harder when Roku search is inaccurate. It would be great if Roku had a simple form to report things like this.
Thanks for the post.
Please be aware that content will only be available through Roku Search if the channel provider has allowed it to be. To request that specific content to be searchable through Roku Search, you will need to contact Hulu support for further assistance.

I'd say its a problem between you and Hulu.
Years ago I used to like Buffy for some idiotic reason.
Probably because Sarah is so cute.
