Ok, I know some similar posts have come up over the last few months, because i feel like i've read most of them and much more from google research - but I am at a full loss.
Netflix loops with the 2-5 connectivity error (ui-113 in the more details), it loads fine on all PCs adn mobile device in the house, just not the Roku
Same with Disney+, i get the error 42 trying to login over and over.
Hulu, Amazon Prime, HBO Now, Youtube, Roku channel, Pluto TV, etc. all work fine, no issues at all.
I've removed and readded channels with reboots multiple times. I've fully reset th eroku (both through the UI and the button on the device). I've reset my full home network multiple times. I've whitelisted domains for all streaming apps in my firewall and dnsbl, as well as run numerous packet captures looking for specific errors with no luck.
The roku network check is all green, the Network check inside netflix is all green.
I'm contemplating clearing the caches in the roku with a hammer at this point.....
Anybody else experience this and have some fruitful troubleshooting? is there a way to look at error logs on the device itself?
Thanks for the post.
Regarding that Netflix error, we would recommend taking a look at Netflix's support page here: https://help.netflix.com/en/node/14423. For further assistance, please reach out to Netflix support here: https://help.netflix.com/en
We would also recommend reaching out to Disney+ support to see what troubleshooting steps they can provide you. Many channels on Roku are developed and maintained by the channel provider themselves. You can reach Disney+ support here: https://help.disneyplus.com/csp

Thanks Danny.
for those with finding this in their endless google searching, this was marked as a solution without verifying if it even remotely solved the issue. I did perform all the linked steps prior to posting this and was hoping to find a way to see error logs on the roku device to further help.
