I have a premiere+ that is 3-4 years old and recently I no longer have the ability to activate AMC. Literally every other channel is fine...and I can activate on my other streaming stick+ but it is just AMC. I have reloaded the channel and even gone as far as factory reset the box. I am on version 9.2.0 build 4131-29. Any other suggestions....would Roku send me a new ultra to replace it?
It isn't an AMC problem since it works on all other devices. Any help would be appreciated but sadly I doubt there isn't much that can be done without replacing the box with a new ultra and trying to unload this on Craigslist or something.

Try removing the AMC channel from the Roku home screen by navigating to the channel tile, pressing the * key on your remote and choosing 'Remove channel'. Then restart your device from Settings>System>System restart. Once your player starts up again, add the AMC channel back once more. Does this clear up the issue you are seeing?
If the issue remains unresolved, it's possible there may be an issue within the channel itself that the service provider will need to investigate. I'd recommend reaching out to AMC directly to report the issue and request additional support. Many channels on the Roku platform is developed and maintained by the channel provider directly, and they'll be able to best assist.
