Sometimes when I hit the rewind button while watching a program, my new Roku jumps into a Netflix trial ad and will not let me go back to my program or even the home screen. The only way to get out of it is to remove power by unplugging it and plugging it back in. Even just turning it off and on again with the remote takes me right back to the Netflix ad. How to I get it to stop this. Surely this isn’t a Netflix trick??
