Re: Roku Media Player no loner brings up subtitles options.

SRT, and they are not image based. This just started happening and it never did until recently. Should I try just external?

Does anything come up when you press the "*" button?

What types of video files are these? mkv?

Back to the original questions.
What model Roku?
What firmware versions?
Both of these you can find in the Settings/System/About page.

Re: Roku Media Player no loner brings up subtitles options.

We're not able to reproduce this problem. What version of RMP is running on your device?
As a minimum on that device, while playing a video, hitting the "*" button should bring up a overlay on the left side of your screen that has a "Night listening" setting. Do you not see that?

Nope nothing, should I also try it with the android app? Also is there a way to possibly default all of my ROKU settings?
