Roku Media Player -- Channel Not Displaying Full Screen

I have a Roku Express+ with system software version 9.2. It is connected to a television via the composite video output.

When I launch the "Roku Media Player" channel, it does not display on the full screen, but only in a quadrant in the upper left corner of the screen.

I have ensured the system software and channels are updated, and I have deleted & re-installed the Roku Media Player channel, but it still does not display full-screen.

Is this an issue with the Roku Media Player channel, or the Roku Express+?

The rest of my channels display properly.

Please advise of any suggestions to fix the issue, or if the channel itself needs to be fixed by Roku.
