Roku HBO channel

I have subscribed to the Roku HBO channel for about 2 years. We now have HBO Max. The Roku HBO app itself can no longer be found on our device, but I’m still being charged for it. How do I cancel the subscription and get reimbursed for a service that can no longer be found?

I thought HBO subscriptions were automatically converted. When you got HBO Max, did you start a new subscription? If so, that's where things went badly.

For any subscriptions done through Roku, go to https://my.roku.com/account and scroll down to the Manage your subscriptions link. Cancel there.

Did you subscribe to HBO Max directly? Or did you subscribe through Roku? And does it show you with both subscriptions?
