I bought this Roku new a few months back but am just getting around to setting it up. Anyways when I tried to add the channels from my Roku account it said error and that I need to add them individually. However when trying to add them individually the roku tells me “Channel install failed” because there isn’t enough space to add said channel (there are no channels currently add on this Roku). I have even tried factory resetting it and updating it as well with no luck. Somebody please help me figure this out. It is very frustrating.
Have you already activated your Roku device? Can you clarify how you are trying to add channels "from your Roku account"? Are you adding channels through a web browser on the Roku Channel Store online? Have you tried adding the channels directly on the Roku device through Search?
