Hello. I recently received a new Roku Express as a gift and I’ve only had it for about 24 hours. The device will run a streaming channel for less than 5 minutes and then the channel will close by itself and return to the home-screen. This has happened on every channel I’ve used apart from Spotify. I tried to troubleshoot myself. I’ve removed a channel, restarted the device, and reinstalled the channel. Didn’t work. I’d really appreciate some help, thank you.
