Roku Discovery +

I set up and paid for the discovery + on my new roku. When I try to select a program within the Discovery + it tells me Requires a subscription.

For clarification, are you using the email address that you have on your Roku account because for some instances it may not match what you have used to sign up for a channel subscription. 
For more information about that channel's account authentication, you'll want to contact the channel that provides support directly to inquire further. Many channels on Roku are developed and maintained by the channel provider themselves.
