Hi all,
I have two Roku devices and neitgne will let me watch Roku Channel's New Japan Pro Wrestling streams.
I can get to the screen where it says to "play": whichever episode I choose but rather than plat, I just keep getting kicked back to the "play episode" screen.
This happens on both of my devices. Ive updated, deleted and reinstalled the channel, reset my router, etc. All to no avail.
Anyone else experiencing this problem or similar?
What's the fix?
Thank you.
Thanks for the inquiry.

Thank you for your help Danny!
Hi @Ronh1,
Thanks for the info.
We would like to ask for additional information to isolate the issue. Does this happen on all movies/shows in The Roku channel or just in Japan Pro Wrestling? Have you tried restarting your device after removing the channel and before adding the channel back?
Please keep us posted.
Thanks,
Mary
It doesn't happen on all of the channels but it does in quite a few, actually. Most things in the Sports Entertainment category as well as some other shows I clicked on to test. It does happen on all of the New Japan Pro Wrestling shows though.
I've restarted, rebooted, deleted, updated, reinstalled, checked my internet connection. All to no avail.
Thanks for the post.
When removing a channel, it's important that you restart the device before adding the channel back again, specifically in that order.
Please keep us posted.
Thanks,
Danny
Thanks Danny. I did do that but, no luck.
Any other suggestions?
Thanks for the follow up.
I have passed along your information and concerns to the appropriate team to investigate further.
Thanks,
Danny
How come we didn’t get a new episode of New Japan Pro Wrestling this week. They are advertising one on their Facebook page yet it is not there?
