Channel Issues & Questions

I tried to watch the new Cypher series on the Roku Channel.  When I select an episode, the screen goes black for one second and then reverts to the episode play screen.  The same issue occurs with Lucky Number Slevin and Crossing Jordan.  Other shows such as Doc Maritn and **bleep**'s Kitchen play with no issues.

I've followed the Roku help suggestion to delete the channel, do a system restart and re-install the Roku Channel but there is no change to the behavior.

Any suggestions on possible causes/fixes?

I just tried all of them and they all worked for me.  Are you physically located in the US?

No, in Canada but using a relocator IP service for a US IP address.
