I want to add channels to Roku Channel app on Samsung smart TV. Roku account says "there is no players linked to your Roku account". Roku Channel app does not display a link code. Manually linking the smart TV with Roku app on tablet doesn't work neither, the app says "there is no Roku device at this IP address". It just doesn't work! Customer service don't answer calls! How the **bleep** do you want people to watch your TV if it doesn't work and you don't answer calls ?!?!?!
