Help & troubleshooting for channels on your Roku device, including adding/removing channels, logging in to, authenticating, or activating a channel, channel-specific playback issues, assistance contacting channel publishers to report issues, and adjusting channel-specific settings.
I tried to watch the previews for the new content on the Roku Channel at the beginning of this month. None of them would lead. So I decided to wait unti May 20, when they premiered to check again. None would load. I cycled my modem. Nothing. I restarted my Roku. Nothing. I downloaded a new update. Still nothing. Older content does load. Just not the new content. No other channels are affected. It's the same on my Roku app.
Any ideas why this js happening? What can I do to correct it? J don't know if this helps, but I have rather slow speed on mg internet. J live in the middle of nowhere Alabama and only have access by a modem.
Thanks for letting us know about the issue you're experiencing.
In some cases, removing the channel and then re-installing it may help. To ensure the process is successful, follow the steps below making sure you restart your Roku device before adding the channel again.
Remove the channel: Highlight the channel tile on your home screen and press the Star button to open the options menu. Select Remove channel and confirm.
Restart your Roku device: If it is inconvenient to reach the power cord to unplug your Roku device, you can restart the device from the settings menu. Go to Settings > System > System restart > Restart.
Re-install the channel: After your Roku device restarts, visit the Roku Channel Store and add the channel again.
