Trying to play a movie on the ROKU Channel, the movie video keeps locking up, and the movie cannot be watched. The audio will continue playing, but the video is locked on a scene in the movie and will not continue. This is on a 32" TCL Roku TV
Some moves on Roku Channel are actually from FilmRise or other services. I have found FilmRise suppled movies have an inordinate amount of issues compared to other services. Not all, by a long shot, but enough for me to notice.
Use the Roku search feature to find that movie. See if another service might offer the movie.
